about Rachael

From restrictive diets and obsession to food freedom and true quality of life, Rachael knows exactly what it feels like to be stuck in the all-or-nothing cycle—counting every calorie, avoiding "bad" foods, and feeling like her entire life revolved around food and exercise. She spent years chasing the “perfect” body, thinking that being smaller would finally bring confidence. But after dieting herself into exhaustion, feeling weaker than ever, and realising she was worse off both physically and mentally, she knew something had to change.

Little did she know, the real transformation had nothing to do with willpower and everything to do with education, self-trust, and learning how to properly fuel her body. As she let go of restriction and started focusing on strength, everything shifted. Training in the gym stopped being about punishment and became a way to build resilience—not just physically, but in every area of life. Through this journey, she discovered that looking after her body wasn’t about sacrifice—it was about creating a lifestyle she actually enjoyed.

Now, as a Sports Nutritionist (and your ultimate hype bestie), Rachael helps women break free from the same toxic patterns, step into confidence, and build a lifestyle that feels as good as it looks.
